Secure a Solid
Warm Up: Perform a 5 minute warm up. Choose 5 exercises at
a moderate intensity and perform for 30 seconds each such as; Prisoner
Squat, Inch Worms, Jumping Jacks, Squat Thrusts, Run in place.

Work Out: Choose 4 exercises that work your lower body,
upper body and core. Try a Squat (double leg), Y-Lunge (single leg),
Push ups (upper), Mountain Climber (Core). perform each exercise for 20
seconds, with a 10 second rest, repeat. Rest for 1-2 minutes and
perform up to 4 times for a 20 minute work out.
Employ the Power of
Intervals: Alternate your whole body work out with a short
intense cardio work out. Using the same intervals 20 seconds with 10
seconds rest repeat 4 times. Rest for 1-2 minutes and perform up to 4
times for a 20 minute work out. These intervals work best on a
stationary spin bike, rower or using body weight exercises at home
(sprinting in place, jumping jacks).
